We are a family run company based in Hertford. Our work is primarily; house extensions, new build homes, conversion work, house remodelling and we also carry out other services for commercial clients.
We are customer focused in our design concepts and throughout the build process, we pride ourselves in being different by providing a complete design and build service putting you as the focus of our business.
Our design expertise comes from our founding Director, Heston Attwell. He has over 30 years' experience in construction industry the majority of which with property developers being responsible for the design and build of large scale projects in London, making sure every square inch of space is properly considered and well designed.
There is no need to employ a separate architect - we design your home from the inside out so it works for you. On projects where a design was already in place we have improved the layouts to such an extent that our clients have taken on board our design suggestions and in some cases where necessary this has led to revised planning applications being submitted and approved.
We have Architectural Technicians and Structural Engineers to ensure the detailing and structure is both compliant with the building regulations and cost effective. We see too many projects where steelwork for example is over specified which leads to awkward detailing and unnecessary expenditure. We only specify external materials; that will last the test of time, look good and be cost effective.
Our in-house build team is supported by tried and tested sub contractors and together we will deliver an exceptional build quality for your home.
